This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use toilet-cubicle.co.uk (“the site”), request a quotation, or use our online configurators. We are committed to handling your data lawfully and transparently under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

The site is operated by Paneltech Industries Ltd, the data controller for any personal data collected through it.

What we collect

We only collect the data you choose to give us. When you submit the quote form we collect:

• Your name, email address, telephone number and company name;
• The project details and washroom specification you include (the items in your quote basket — dimensions, finishes, hardware and quantities);
• Any message or notes you add.

We do not knowingly collect any special-category (sensitive) data, and you should not include any in your enquiry.

How and why we use it

We use your data solely to prepare and send your quotation, respond to your enquiry, and discuss your project with you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell them or add them to a marketing list.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and deliver your enquiry to us:

• Web3Forms — processes the quote-form submission and delivers it to our email inbox. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregated page views and performance metrics that do not identify you). See the Vercel privacy policy.

We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA except where these providers’ infrastructure does so under appropriate safeguards. We will disclose data if required by law.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. Your quote basket is stored only in your own browser (local storage) so your selections persist between pages; it stays on your device and is never sent to us until you submit the quote form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and quotation correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business and accounting records, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email sales@paneltech.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
